Cloud Services
Cloud Services
On-demand delivery of IT resources over the Internet with pay-as-you-go pricing. Instead of buying, owning, and maintaining physical data centres and servers, you can access technology services, such as computing power, storage, databases, and networking, on an as-needed basis from a cloud provider like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Cloud services are delivered in three main categories:
Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS): This provides the basic building blocks of IT infrastructure, such as virtual machines, storage, and networking.
Platform as a Service (PaaS): This offers a platform for developing, testing, and deploying applications without having to manage the underlying infrastructure.
Software as a Service (SaaS): This provides software applications that are hosted and managed by the cloud provider, and users can access them through a web browser or mobile app.
